SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships. Many of our items are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality, so processing times can vary by product.

Typical processing time: 2 to 5 business days.
During product launches, sales, and holidays, processing may take longer.

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any available shipping options and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

United States orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping option selected and carrier transit times.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7 to 21 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees, because carriers can experience delays due to weather, peak volume, or service disruptions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CHANGES
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please do the following first:
Check your mailbox, parcel locker, and any secure delivery area.
Ask household members or neighbors.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help you troubleshoot next steps. The Aya Shop™ is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to support you.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost packages: If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us so we can help you file a carrier inquiry.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item(s), and we will assist you with a resolution.
Stolen packages: If a package is stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with the carrier and, if applicable, your local authorities. We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost, unless explicitly shown at checkout. Customs processing can also delay delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS AND RETURN TO SENDER
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, we can reship the order once it is returned to us. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
